The Catholic Church of the Incarnation in Sarasota, Florida is the largest Catholic parish in Sarasota. Florida Organ Works is honored to have been selected to provide two new organs for this parish. A customized Ecclesia D-470 now resides in the 800-seat Sanctuary and an Ecclesia T-170 resides in the balcony of the 375-seat Chapel.
Florida Organ Works was able to meet the unique installation requirements of this church by providing a remote cabinet for the D-470, enabling the console to be installed in the existing console location. A single CAT5 cable was pulled through the only existing conduit (5/8”) running to the remote cabinet located in rear hallway.
The Chapel organ was actually installed first in the Sanctuary in May 2013 to replace a failed electronic organ from another builder. It was relocated in September 2013 to the Chapel.
