At the end of 2019, we’ve offered you an arrangement of this work as well. This time, the reason is different. Last year, at the request of one my choirs, I wrote an Oratorio entitled “good will toward humankind”. The tenth movement of this Oratorio is the arrangement that we see here. However, this time it’s not arranged for choir and orchestra, but it’s brought back to a Trio.
If you merge this arrangement with that of 2009, you have two variations and a chorale.
As a registration, I would recommend Flute 8’ and 4’ in the embellishment. In the pedal 16’ + 8’ (optional: use a pedal coupler). The melody line with, either a beautiful Principal 8’, or a soft reed. Because it is a Trio, try to keep the strength as equivalent as possible.
