New Monarke organ for the famous Nidaros Cathedral in Trondheim, Norway

A team of Johannus specialists recently installed a Monarke Präludium in the famous Nidaros Cathedral in Trondheim, Norway. The Nidaros Cathedral is the traditional location for the consecration of the King of Norway.

Two organs are installed in the Cathedral. The old Baroque organ was built by Johann Joachim Wagner. The main organ was built by the Steinmeyer firm in 1930. Because the main organ is being restored at the moment, the Cathedral was looking for an organ powerful enough to support congregational singing. After a thorough selection process, the Cathedral chose for the best solution: a beautiful Monarke organ.

Please listen to this beautiful organ in Trondheim.
