We recorded 6 beautiful songs in the 'Ss. Cornelius und Cyprianus' catholic church in Lippetal last May, together with the talented German organist Iris Rieg. Iris Rieg very impressively plays 2 pieces by Johann Sebastian Bach (Fantasie in g-moll, BWV 542 and Choralvorspiel BWV 645 ‘Wachet auf, ruft uns die Stimme’) and a piece by Johann Kaspar Ferdinand Fischer (Musicalischer Parnassus) on the Ecclesia T-250 which has been installed in the church: A basic church organ with 2 manuals and 34 lifelike voices.
She also plays Orgelsinfonie No. 5: Toccata F-Dur by Charles-Marie Widor, Pièce Héroique by César Franck and Choralvorspiel BWV 622 ’O Mensch, bewein dein Sünde groß’ by Johann Sebastian Bach on the three-manual Ecclesia D-450. An impressive organ with a broad disposition, which has been especially set up and prepared in the church for this concert by a team of Johannus' specialists. We hope you enjoy watching and listening!
